Message not sent notification won't go away

I have an Alcatel one touch fierce 2 . I have a message not sent notification. It keeps appearing even after I have deleted all messages an also downloaded the handcent SMS app. I followed the direction I found online still have that message not sent . Please help

I have The same PROBLEM. And I own the Same phone you Do. It just Started Today. I tried EVERYTHING and it Still WON'T GO AWAY!!!

This worked for me. I use super backup and what I did was this...
Open the app
Click on SMS
Backup all and click ok
Then click delete messages
Once deleted hit restore from the backup you just made
If you have a lot of messages it might take a bit to restore them all. But once they are back the error message is gone
