Message+ stopped working

Message+ was working great until I pressed the UPDATE button. Now it does not work at all.

Any suggestions?

its a verizon messaging app for those who do not know. this is a system app so if rebooting does not work, try clearing cache for the app. you can also try and see if you can un-install update to only the message+ app.

Try clearing data and cache for the app. And if that doesn't work, try sideloading an older version from APKmirror or APKpure.

Just keep in mind that wiping data for message+ will delete your conversations...... So backup before doing so.

i;m no expert but after several years Verizon's messages+ stopped working on my S9 and could not reinstall, i thouht verizon stopped supporting it. Now i use Samsung's Messages app and it works more reliably than verizon's messages+ which would sometimes not sync accurately between Android and Windows 10 Verizon messages+ app. I use Windows 10's Phone Link app on PC and it's flawless syncing with Samsung messages.
