Help Message tone volume

Hi just got a new Galaxy mini and can't seem to work out how to turn up the volume for message tone any help would me much appreciated

notification tone? try to increase system volume..

Go to your messages - as though you were going to start a new text - hit the Menu key (bottom left), select Settings, scroll down to the very end to Select Ringtones, when you are in the ringtone screen use the volume button on the side of phone to take it up or down - Ringtone Notification.

thanks for this. Now i know, Notifications is just the same as Message Tone Volume

Hi! I'm a new user of S5570. I've included my personal tones in the notification tones' list, but it seems that whenever I switched to my personal tones, the volume became slower as compared to the default tone's volume. Any remedy to this? Pls. help!

fyi, i've tried all the above-mentioned suggested remedy but the the volume is still very slow....
