Help Messages crashing on SG S3(Sprint)

I recently switched over from icrap4s to a Samsung Galaxy S3(sprint) Rooted. I searched on the forum for help with this problem but didn't find any reliable and tested method.

I made the mistake of tranferring over my text messages. Ever since then my GS3's messaging has been very slow and crashes often. I tried resetting the phone and when I connected it to Samsung Kies software I attempted to restore the music and everything else besides the text message ONLY TO HAVE THE TEXT MESSAGES BACK ON THERE . I have tried deleting one by one and delete all. That works for a little and then the messaging app freezes and takes 5 minutes to get back up and running. I have a few questions:
Is there any computer software besides this bogus Kies software for this phone?
Since I have the phone rooted, is there anyway I can find the files in the phone storage and just manual delete them?
And my last question is how do I get rid of that stupid shutter noise on the camera?
Thank you guys in advance

Go to the Google Play and get the AirDroid app.>>https://play.google.com/store/apps/...t=W251bGwsMSwxLDMsImNvbS5zYW5kLmFpcmRyb2lkIl0.

Use your web browser on the computer and you can delete all the messages from there.

For the camera Shutter open the camera app and in setting (the Gear icon) you can turn it off.
