Help Messages failing

I am having an issue with my text messages. I have a stock GS3, not rooted 4.1.2 JB

I am using the stock messaging app with the Google Keyboard(also Swiftkey and Swipe)

My messages are constantly coming back as "Failed" but the receiver is still getting them.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Or how to resolve this annoyance?
