Help Messages not appearing in conversation

Hi I am new. My Samsung Galaxy Y is receiving messages but not updating on the conversation. Also, when i send a message, the conversation is not updated. Please Help

Hmmmm... sounds like a phone problem. Going off topic the Galaxy Europa had a txt msg problem when it was released with 2.1 Eclair where multiple msgs would be received and that was a firmware issue. I am feeling yours could be too. If I was you I would take it back to the shop and see if they have had more people with this problem. Have you checked kies for any software updates?

Thanks for replying, there are currently no updates on Kies. I ended up deleting all conversations Messages are going in now....
