Which messaging app do you use?
Google messenger and hangouts will not show mms
Stock message app will not allow you to reply from hwatch.
So what is the best all around app?

I like Chomp SMS. Great themes, works fantastic with Android Wear

How does this app work with mms. Can you reply from your watch?

With SMS I can reply by voice, yes. As far as MMS, I can't say as I always check the phone to see images.
