Help Messaging language changed issue

my phone changed the messaging settings on my xperia x10i to chinese input for messages. how do i change it back to the english or default setting??

any help appreciated

In the area where the message is typed (the message box) hold your finger down...keep holding...it will bring up a box that says Paste and Input Method. Chose Input method....that is where you can change from one keyboard to another.

i got the same problem, had swedish layout before, but suddenly it changed to chinese, and when i do as beau420 says, i only have different chinese layouts and english as option, how do i get swedish back?

Settings->Language and Keyboard->Set Locale to Sweed

Then open Applications->Messaging

Open a txt...hold down on the txt box where you type...when you hold it will bring up the Input Method box...there you can change the keyboard you selected.

the locale is set to sweden, everything in the system is in swedish, its just when i type messages i get chinese/english

EDIT: I, i just read half your post, stupid me, now i have swedish, changed input method to default, and i got swedish keyboard. HUGS
