Help Messaging not working

Only 2 months old my mobile is playing up. Recently the keyboard has been intermittent on the messaging button, now no keyboard appears at all and so it's impossible to reply to texts or indeed start new ones. And coming out of the function is very slow and icons reappear very slowly on the screen. Keyboard appears on email without a problem.

Very frustrating.

No response from Huawei support in either UK or France.

So any help gratefully receved!

Sounds like you have a lot of apps running - that slows the phone down.

Thanks for this. Not sure it's the answer though. And this morning the keyboard and messaging are working fine. The mystery continues!
