OK so my notifications won't work in the stock SMS app unless I open it up and then it'll show the notification in the status bar but even then it still doesn't vibrate (phone set on vibrate). The only way to get the notification and vibrate is to restart the phone. I've looked everywhere online and haven't gotten any answers so could someone please help?
