I don't own a Note myself. Let me get some basics out of the way. What country and who is your carrier? Is your signal indicator blue or white?

I have a couple questions also
1. Did this just start today?
2. Do you use the stock messaging app?
3. Does everything else work on the device such as phone calls, internet browsing, downloading apps, checking emails etc?
