Messaging Question liquid acer

[2010smrm]

I have only had my Liquid Acer for a couple days now and sending texts have been going great ... however today when i was sending i noticed that they are not sending ... they have a little envelope with a red circle in the right hand corner that looks like a clock with the clock hands at 3:00
I tried texting myself with another phone and can receive fine but not reply or send new messages ... any one know what is going on?

thanks in advance!!
