Messaging while talking on the Nexus 5

[duttasaikat]

Hi All,

While talking on the Nexus 5, I tried sending a message to another friend. Tried both Whatsapp as well as Handcent (SMS) and the message was stuck at my phone end. The msg was sent once I finished my call. Even receiving messages are not happening while I am on the call. Has anyone faced a similar issue. Please advise.

I have no issues using hangouts. Why are you using a 3rd party messaging app?
