Messed up Superuser

I got a Zenithink C91 with 4.0(it comes out of the box rooted) on it and i bought the superuser elite settings and downloaded superuser 3 beta 4 and tried to flash it onto my C91. Now when ever i open my root only apps it says my device is unrooted a message i wasn't receiving before i tried to install superuser 3 beta 4. Things i've already tried:
1. Flashing it again
2. Installing the APK instead of flashing
3. taking it back to factory default
4. flashing the original version of superuser onto the device.

As it is right now the device works but i would really like my superuser privileges back. If any of you have any ideas i would be most appreciative.
 
The androot didn`t work it said the device was already rooted. Some how superuser has lost all of its ability to grant programs root privileges
 
That sucks. Does anyone know the long scary root process? At least then I might have a good idea of what exactly is causeing the problem
