Messing internal sdcard

Is the operating system saying that internal sdcard is "messing up"? Your internal sdcard is the flash memory in the partition where you save your pics, docs, etc. If that is no good, or useless, you probably need to re-format it. The operating system is in another partition, so it shouldn't be touched.
