Root MetaMorph help

i downloaded a blue battery theme and applied it to my MT... it works fine..but ONLY when it's plugged into a USB.. when i take the USB off (unplugged) the battery goes back to the stock green

why would it be doing this... and is there a fix? thanks

also having a problem kinda similar to the op.

I also downloaded new battery icons for my triumph, they work fine...but my problem is since the battery on the triumph changes icons at 5% or so intervals I have to deal with a mix of the stock and custom icons.

if I were to go into the drawable-hdpi folder and just replace the remaining stock icon with copies of the custom icons would that solve my problem with the mixed icons?
