Metro pcs android update error?

Android lg k7. I received an update to restart&lnstall. I proceeded to do so. After the lg screen it began updating and then it stopped and said "error" i had to take the battery out to exit out the screen put back in the battery and restart my phone. After that it still did not update.
I want the update so how do i get it for my Lg k7? Do i talk to metro pcs or google or what? Please respond? Thank you and much appreciated.!

Same problem here with MetroPCS LG Stylo2+. Neither Metro or LG will help.

Same problem here...ive been trying to do the update for about a month now.

Modified systems will not flash with the OTA updates. If you have flashed a recovery, removed bloatware or system apps - it will toss an error up during the update.

The best way to updste is to run backups on your apps while youre rooted, and then flash back to the stock rom KDZ file, then proceed to do an OTA update to the latest version.

Same . i just bought this phone from metropcs a month ago and i can't install the update. So I don't think I have a modified version.
