Metro pcs huawei android[need help]!!!!

my phone was working last night when i try to turn it on this morning the screen will not work but the metro pcs sound comes on and the lights work at the bottom i do not know what to do the screen does just not turn on

is there anyway to restart it without deleting my contacts?

If you move your contacts to your SD card they will be safe.

Restarting the device won't delete your contacts _ What I would suggest you do if you are still having this problem is to remove and reinsert the battery after 10 minutes. This is called a soft reset. This usually fixes most problems unless there's something more serious happening with the device.
