Metro PCS June 12th TMobile Merger Questions

I'm a little confused: what is this refarming, and does that affect me on Metro LTE? I live in the Dallas area so already am on MetroPCS LTE. Is this only for GSM phones?

Those are for the HSPA 1900MHz refarming the only thing that pertains to LTE with those is that most of them probably already have LTE installed waiting to be turned on
