Help Metro Pcs Service Problems

Hello everyone, I'm currently seeking assistance with my phone and hope you guys can resolve my issue. My Metro Pcs Phone(Samsung Galaxy S3) since moving to a new city have had problems getting phone calls and text messages. I tried updating the prl, contacting metro, etc every option I can try and nothing has worked. Is their anymore steps I can take etc? Your assistance will be appreciated.

You could try to update or downgrade your modem. sometimes older modems work better in different places

I'm assuming you have the cdma GS3 because you said that you updated the prl. You have the white one right? Also, what city are you in?
