metro pcs/t mobile sim card?

with the merger so close to being complete do you think metro will soon offer sim cards? i recently bought a N4 and will be willing to wait for metro sim card if the possibility is near reality...

Until metro switches to gsm they will get sims. Just get an unlocked gsm phone and get it on tmobile. Metro will change their spectrum in 2015 I think.

Take this for what it is, hearsay, I have read that metro will keep the cdma service going until 2015 (for those that have cdma phones and dont want to switch, say you just bought a spirit or g3) but they will quit selling new cdma phones later this year, spring early summer maybe.
When they bring out the first GSM phone they should also have sim's available I heard it could be as soon as later this year, end of summer fall maybe.
As far as just going with t mobile with your n4 that is a great option BUT if you have a great price/plan with metro (and by that I mean a grandfathered in plan like my wife has unlimited nonthrottled LTE for $40) stick with metro just so when this happens you get t mobiles speeds and coverage with metro's pricing.

i like the sound of that...if you have a link to the source can you post it please...if it's true i might consider waiting so I can stay with metro

This first one is from last oct.

This from march, the first seems to be more information you are asking about. I thought I saw this on a t mobile FAQ as well as metros but a quick search is only coming up with these.

I really, really hope the merger goes through without hiccups. 50 MHz of spectrum in Vegas!
