Root Metro Sim card? Please help!!!!!

I bought a used indulge and the sim card has been damaged. The phone is perfect except for that one minor thing. Is the phone a brick? What can I do!!!!! Never thought to check a metro phone for a sim card. Plus I thought this was a CDMA phone.... Help me with some answers please!!!!

Its an ICCU which essentially is a SIM card. "The new generation sim card" Its just for the 4G. Youll probably have to go to Metro to get one.
