Metro unlimited plan beware

I've been using my 4G like a mofo and haven't gotten crap like what you guys are talking about. I use FB instagram, engadet. Etc. And i haven't gotten shit guys. I'm on the 55 plan sooooo what's going on???

I was paying 70 a month because that was the rate for unlimited,... before this special promotion, which started in August I believe. And this $55 promotion is only for a limited time. We will eventually go back to $70 or more. I'll bet the latter will happen and we will pay more than 70.

Give it time. It's only the 12th of Dec. If they throttle you, it will be most likely later in the month when your data accumulates.

No its not. I started my 55.00/month plan last December 0f 2011. I have a friend that has metro in Florida and he always paid 55.00. everyone I know is paying 55.00 with Metro. I've been paying 55.00 for over a yr now. Its not a promotion, Its the going rate for Metro smart phones. I live in the northeast.

It is not the going rate, the plan that we're talking about is for a limited time only & has been available since August 2012. There has been 3 revisions to the 4G plans the original, 2nd revision & 3rd revision you probably have the 1st or 2nd but theres no way that you could have this plan since last year
 
So Gman your saying we are grandfathered in at $55? That would be nice, but with Metro I wouldn't bet on it.

Anyway,... whoever has an unlimited plan regardless what they paid for it, better get a data counter and maybe a firewall, cause it is NOT unlimited.
 
I'm on the old $50 unlimited plan. Just past 4gig of data with just over a week to go on my billing cycle. Weee let's see what happens.
 
My girl & I are on the family plan, we also have unlimited t/t/w and insurance on both and only pay $95 a month for both her Attain 4G and my Connect. We've also been with Metro since 03/04 pre blackberry days lol.
