Ok so this is the issue, I use Widget Locker Premium. It conflicts with my built in lock screen, so I disabled the stock lock screen. Now when I hit the home button on my phone as its locked and screens off it goes right to my homepage bypassing the lock screen completely. Same thing using Widget Locker, if I hit the home button while the lock screen is on it bypasses the security completely and goes straight to the home screen.
Is there any way to change this? Widget Locker itself doesn't support a hardware button mapping function anymore and I can't seem to find anything else in any other settings that concern home button.
Side note :
I suppose I came up with a Band-Aid for now, found out how to use home helper in Widget Locker. Used home helper to loop the home button function back to the Widget Locker screen itself and not the home screen.
