Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] 4.4 mms help

I could for MMS.apk, but it would be a crap fix overall. the apk wouldnt get updated NEARLY as often, so if they add some new feature or fix bugs it could be a bit inbetween me recompiling the cm version.

it also wouldnt fix hangouts mms support. :/
 
That would be cool shabs I don't use hangouts. I just want to try some 4.4 d2lte roms but I gotta have mms. If u have time that's cool if not that's cool as well. Ill probably come back to #2 anyway
 
That would defeat the purpose of a flashable zip. Thanks tho. That's to much trouble to try out ask the different roms
 
It was a fix that was super easy and if u keep a copy u don't have to do it again works on all the ROMs
 
I don't think that fix works on the latest nightly. I've tried like 10 times and am still getting nada
 
So does the fix provided by Get@me work on the latest 4.4 d2lte releases? I've tried the latest Carbon Rom and CM11 nightlies without any success. I'm trying to get my buddy on board with 4.4 like I am with my d2vzw but his MMS isn't sending.. I tried backing up SMS/MMS settings with Titanium Backup from a CM 4.3 with MMS working and tried restoring on a 4.4 rom without success.

I'm curious if this fix provided by Get@Me works with the latest, but someone already said it doesn't, but it's a old post. Just wanted to know before I gave it a shot!
 
The fix that I posted should work for any aosp rom. I'm on beanstalk 4.4.4 and I'm able to send and receive mms.
