Whats best rom with less bugs more appealing to the eye. Also is it ok to install on jellybean samsung? Or do i have to downgrade.

Jellybean is the way to go! But I can't tell you what the best ROM is. That's something you gotta figure out on your own young grasshoppa. You must flash all ROMs till you find the chosen one ;)
