Anyone know of an app that will raise the in call volume pass the normal limit? I like my headset an don't wanna buy another. Thanks in advance.

What rom are you using?
Stock touchwiz roms have that feature for all calls. I think it works with Bluetooth as well.

On the call screen hit the green volume button for a volume boost. There's also options in call settings you can mess with. See screenshots:

Try the market app "equalizer" and turn the eq all the way up. That's what I used with the LG Esteem.
