Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Can Anyone Help With A Minor Issue I have?

I'm currently on Shabby's Metropolis 1.2.0 rom (great rom btw, no issues there)

My issue is no matter on what rom I'm on, whenever I use Instagram, it takes a bit for it to load, I'd have to toggle wifi/4G on and off for it to finally load.

Is there a reason why? I don't think it's instagram since there's been 3 or 5 updates on it the last couple days.

Do I need to boost my 4G? how?

I have the same issues with instagram. Force closing and clearing the cache sometimes work. Nothing to do with the rom.

I know it doesn't have to do with the rom since it happens on any rom I'm on, I figured it might have something to do with 4G or something.
