Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Cant get into download mode on stock 4.1.2

any help guys , i just got a new replacement 3 days ago with android 4.1.2 and im trying to root but i cant get into download mode by holding voldown+home+power buttom it just normaly reboots everytime .. or is there other esier way to root 4.1.2 ? thank you guys.

Don't you hold it and when Samsung logo appears to let go and hold combo again...

i just tried that but the same it just normaly reboots again. au!!! i cant ROOT without this??? the the other auto root thing wont work on this??

Hold volume down+home then power button when samsung logo appears let go the buttons and thats it it should take you there that use to happen to me if you dont release the buttons on time it just gonna reboot
