Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Clean bloatware from Metropolis ROM?

Hey guys I have metropolis 1.3.0 and I want to get rid of metro's and some of samsung's bloatware. Do you guys know what apps are safe to remove
 
all of them. if it has metro's name on it u can go to system/app and delete them. samsung apps is a different story somethings are needed just use common sense. for example u wouldnt delete the settings apk cuz then you would have no way to enter settings. but u dont need all shares nor paper artist. bottom line make a nadroid back up and if anything happens u can go back.
