Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] CM10 Apollo Music player help

Hey guys I installed the release candidate for cm 10.0 and when I tried to go to a previous song in Apollo it wouldn't let me it would just restart the current song but I could skip forward to a new song
 
Hey has one notice that when ever I have music playing it skips while multi tasking with the phone? if this is fix i would ride with asop for a while cause i m not a fan of touchwiz.
