This might be a bit more than you are looking for but I use Viper4Android with Android 4.3 and everything works perfectly. If you do try it, keep in mind that you can go into the settings menu and chose advanced settings to a a whole lot more options than just the basic shows. If you do have problems getting it to work on your ROM, open up the menu and chose compatibility mode.
