Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Flashing Stock MF2 with mobile Odin?

I'm thinking of flashing the stock MF2 .tar file using Mobile Odin Pro. I read that it can root the firmware using the EverRoot option during flashing but first I'd like to know your opinions or if anyone has tried it before. Thank you guys.

Haven't tried the rooting method but I just flashed the stock MF2 after getting tired of CM10 and everything works fine

Do you mean a stock mf2 that I can flash in recovery? Where can I download it?

Ive tried using the stock MF2 tar. on both mobile odin amd PC odin and could never get it to work. you need to use the R530MVQALJ1 tar. If you use mobile odin you will still retain root but you will still have to flash recovery
