Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] future flashing question

i bought my s3 in may 2013. i'm asking here since it is kind of rooting/flashing
question. For future use if possible been in 2015 these phone on metropcs will no longer work,and since you can flash a sprint or verizon phone to metro can metro phone be flash to either one of them carriers.????? i still want to get my $500. use out of it.LOL

when cdma network shuts down youll be on volte and be fine. however ive already confirmed cm and other aosp roms wont support it.. so in other words youll be forced to use a stock based rom.

by volte i mean voice over lte, what will allow people to keep making phone calls when cdma network shuts off
