Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Got JB OTA but had problems-corrected now need to root

I had the ICS 4.0.4 MetroPCS S3 and was rooted.
Used TB Pro to freeze the bloatware
This morning OTA, so I let it roll
What a mistake....phone froze, did resets, finally android wipe cache etc.
then used Odin 3.4 to flash stock rom (with original bloatware) (I do all this on my iMac with has bootcamp with Winblows 7 Ultimate on a separate partition and all this has to be in windows)
Anyway got the OTA (both 2.99Mb then reboot then phone did the OTA for JB all again (over WiFi))
Anyway what I need to do is ROOT the phone again to use TB Pro to freeze the bloatware again.
So can someone explain in EASY to follow steps hot to do this?
Should I put TWRP on the sd card or what? See I have been reading many many forums and NOT ONE explains it in simple to follow dumbas$ instructions for those of us who are not programmers.

I also lost my root doing the OTA to Jellybean

I used Odin to go back to stock lj1 ice cream sandwich 4.0.4
Root
Then used Mobile Odin Pro to flash Jellybean it will flash the root part of firmware
 
I do not want to go thru that.......did it to get the OTA working
now I just want a root that can be done thru Odin or off of sd card
something SIMPLE, too much a pain in the a$s to do that all over again
 
so.... how do I re-root my phone?!?

I used the automatic rooting tool (a batch file) to root my phone the last time. Apparently I read it would not work after the Jellybean update.

And mobile ODIN is for Rooted only phones and I need to ROOT the phone in the first place.

didnt say mobile odin. im not posting any links because this topic has been asked all over teh place on this subforum with many answers. no one is bothering to actually look

GOT IT
DONE.............and yes, I asked before looking
Used all files listed
Got root back, so now my Titanium Backup Pro works in Freeze/Convert to User app (so I could UNINSTALL the bloat if needed)
So now I got 4.1.2 JB Rooted and back the way I had my phone on ICS 4.0.4 Rooted, exvept with JB
whoot-whoot (waving hands frantically in the air)
And NOT Mobile Odin.......
 
relax gentz phil is an ole buddy from hofo alot of new people are joining us and might ask questions that might of been answered more times than people asking when is jellybean gonna be here on metro's facebook. no harms done sometimes new people are overwhelmed with how many threads we have open and to find the answer sometimes they gotta dig. anyways glad everything was answered dont ya forget we guides and helpful members are here to help ya as much as possible.
