Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] How to remove "Samsung email"?

Hi guys,
SG III is rooted (thanks for the great walk through!). Have deleted some bloatware but one item eludes me.
One of the screens is a full page ad for "Hello! Welcome adn thank you for using Samsung email. Tap to create account"

My personal email is set up on the phone. How do I remove this full screen ad? Am using Titanium Pro.

Yup it is just hold your finger on the "ad" and drag it into the garbage can on bottom bar. All gone.

Where's that Easy Button?
I was way over thinking that one. Just dumped the collection of YouTube vids on another screen as well that I was wondering how to get rid of.

So, rooted SG III with a bunch of empty screens. What should I load to maximize the Rootiness (to quote G. Bush) on my phone?
