Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] i need some help before flashing a rom.

ok i know how to flash roms and such i just have 1 question.. say im rooted with a rom on it. then something happens to my phone and i need to get it back to stock unrooted how would i do that?

If you return to stock, rooted, you would delete SU, factory reset and you should be good.
