Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] kernel setting help

i need help on the settings for this kernel running it on factory stock rom=
[KERNEL] [TW] [JB-4.1.2] LeanKernel-JellyBean-imoseyon-droidroidz-USC_v2.1

right now i have set cpu at 192min and 1350max as it won't go any higher
my main goal is speed and best batt life. thanks

The reason why it wont go any higher is because u probably have checked Limit CPU performance on the power savings menu.

To get the best performance out of it just let the kernel run on its own with profiles and no cpu control app.This have always worked for me.
