I ran into that problem months ago when I had the esteem and it was my fault because I was putting the wrong password after calling raphsody they help me reset it and no problem after that

dude i know exactly wut happened and this happened when i got a replacement phone from lg. You still have your old phone in rasphody and u can have only one active at a time.

1. Go to rhapsody.com from your computer and sign in.

2. go to settings my account.

3. go to Autorizations

4.go to authorized mobile devices and mp3. then you should see your old phone still authorized.

5. unauthorize your old phone.

6. download the rapshody app on your new phone

7. login and enjoy =)

happened to me with my connect back when there was no fix for this problem and annoyed rhapsody so much that when they made a way to fix it they contacted me lol.

That's weird. I didn't need to do any of that. I logged in and it gave me a notice saying that my account was already associated with another device, and asked if I wanted to use the new phone as my account device. I said yes and it's fine. Oh well, maybe it's different for some. At least you got him squared away. Everyone's happy, but this has nothing to do with root.

yea that's what came up for me when i got the gs3 , but i had suffered a while with that problem with the connect and as soon as i heard him saying that it kept asking him for $10 a month and this option didn't come up for him it was a little familiar lol.
