When I try to make a call it says mobile network not available but I still have internet so no calls or txt and it say I'm currently on network 311660 and idk what is going on can anyone help?

You have no 2G service. Broken phone? Or just some weird radio hole that'll clear up if you move a mile or two? (If that happens, call tech support and report it - they may have lost a transmitter.)
Sometimes, with some carriers, if you call tech support, you'll get a recording that in such an area, phone service is temporarily out. So you could try that if you can move to an area that you get some service in.

OK I found out how to fix it but now I only get 1x you can download this app from the play store it's called telinfo and from there you would access your phones radio bands under device information and select gsm \cdma auto prl and now I don't know how to get back to 4g
