Yeah, I've tried MMS with hangouts on a bunch of ROMs. I personally like hangouts. But for some reason they always fail. I just assumed it had something to do with how our SMS app handles MMS. Like how our MMS.config XML is different.

interesting, im not entirely certain on how to fix it either. hangouts is closed source and cant be compiled in.
 
I was able to get it too work all you do is hold down the home button so that recent apps come out.. Instead of swooping the app away hold it down and an option would appear to make it multi window.. To get out of multi window just press home.. If there a bug just wipe the app away on recent window or close it completelu
 
I'm trying this out so far It's good, first Aosp Rom i like since KingKang. Plus working Multi Window :-) I always go back to goodness after trying these for a day but this one with my Next Launcher is growing on me thanks Shabby
