Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Phone randomly turns off

Just flashed the pac man rom and now the phone turns of randomly it doesn't reboot just off any ideas. And mms isint working any fixes.

It's posted in that thread that there are purple with MMS issues. Some work so you can always try a fresh download and flash again being careful to follow the correct steps.

Same thing goes for the reboot issue. Just restore, download it again and try again. Hopefully you followed through on rule #1 of flashing and made a backup

I did make back up and i was going to restore but when i put restore it said no file found. The back up is saved to my ext sd. I renamed it to see if that would help but still nothing. What should i do

What recovery are you using? Can you find the backup with a file explorer? If so, copy it to the internal location as well. Also, if using twrp make sure you select external card at the top so it knows where to look

Not sure what i would be called but i just go to rom manager and into recovery. I moved file to internal memory i clicked on restore and still nothing. Am i suppose to click install zip or just go to restore. I did try restore from external sd and says no file.
