Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Phone unroots itself after restoring back to stock rooted rom

While i was on liquidsmooth rom i deleted supersu because i wanted to use superuser instead...now when i came back to stock rooted rom my phone is not rooted...superuser is denied root permissions and root checker says phone is not Rooted...i did not install the update either... what should i do now?
EDIT: ok now this is weird...i then decided to install the update because why not? This time however it boors into twrp and the update failed...if root checker says there is no root then how did my phone go into twrp? None of my root apps worked either.

Couldn't i just update through kies and then root? Or do i HAVE to go to stock first
Or could i just factory reset from the settings app?
EDIT: i just rooted by flashing that root file you mentioned(thanks for that by the way) the instructions for using odin to flash stock recovery were hard for me to understand(haven't had much experience with odin more of an htc and motorola guy before the s3)...for future reference do i flash odin through twrp? and after that do i flash stock recovery and boot(and do i pull battery after each one)? and if i want completely stock unrooted do i flash that stock unrooted rar file nuttmeg put on that post with new written next to it?
