Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Pictures have lines across them?

I noticed this with CM 10.1 and now Carbon Rom.
When I take pictures with flash on in a dark setting, they have lines on them. Colorful lines horizontal and vertical.
Any ideas?

That also happened to me on goodness ROM. had to make a backup then reflash the ROM then restore back. That seemed to fix it for me.
