Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Reflashing rom

Well im getting no answers on my other question about how cwm wont read my back up
Im having reboot problems on pacman rom so i want to Reflash it but i cant restore my back up. So my question is it safe for me to flash again pacman rom while using pacman rom? I don't want to mess up phone so just trying to make sure

I reflashed mu goodness rom like two times when it was a bad download so you should be able to reflash it just remember to do all the steps like wipe cache etc

Im my experience I found it best to do a factory reset before flashing a rom.
