Here goes Lean-Kernel. The updated one is dated 06-22-13 Jb and its the Vzn version.

if running metropolis or goodness or illusion rom which kernel would be the correct one 3.0 or 3.4 i'm still in the kernel learning stages.LOL THANKS

Which kernel are you trying to flash on metropolis?Whatever problems your having you should take it to the metropolis thread.

Metropolis is a TouchWiz Rom. It uses a different kernel than an AOSP Rom, so be very careful with that.
Also, from what I've seen, all 4.1 roms use a 3.0 kernel, and all 4.2's use 3.4. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it goes. You can always check which Linux version in About Phone. Good luck!

What up peoples?! Aight so check this.... After careful consideration and testing the preview and beta release, i deem this base not stable enough to build on. You may ask, so what are you saying Mike? Here's what I'm saying... Most of us need a phone that have stability and features, but more importantly stability. We need the basics to work.... data, camera, even flashing the damn thing.... SO... I'm going back to a CM-Base (SlimRoms).... It's FAR FAR FAR more stable over this past weeks use. Over this week I've been busy with real estate classes and moving, BUT I've gotten some work done...
I completely revamped Slim's interface settings, btw I've always liked their base lol. Halo style is now in there where you can customize the colors of the HALO bubbles....
For those wondering.... 2nd pie layer will come back, custom key rebinding of ALL buttons (hardware keys) are back.... and some additional lockscreen stuff are back....
What I'm adding... I'm going to working on Ribbon for AOKP, that sidebar that u can swipe and appear.... AND integrating Hybrid settings into interface settings like BeerGang did... it WILL NOT have Per app color though, at least not right now....
Once i get Ribbons going I'll drop and update for everyone INCLUDING S3 int'l and S4 int'l. Another thing I had issues with was compiling for S3 int'l especially... linaro just wouldnt play nicely, but there won't be ANY issues with this one coming..... OH and Gesture typing on the phone works!!! S4 users... I promise it'll be easier this time around.... sorry for the inconvenience on things, it's bothered me more than you guys know...

does anyone know why is it that when i flash the lean kernel everything that envolves rotation rotates backwards? for example if im holding my phone at landscape view ,everything displays it self backwards 0_o

You have the incorrect version. You have to make sure you download the Verizon build. That happens when you install sprint kernels.
