No need to backup multiple times on the nvbackup. Just once should do. Lately havent herd of any issues with that messing up...*knockes on wood*..;) And yes, fix permissions after flashing in revovery.. No wipe necessary, only cache/dalvik as a safety percussion is all. Let us know how everything is running afterwards. And O! Almost forgot to mention... Flash ONLY the USC version as that is the only one compatible with our devices. Enjoy!:)

Carbon ROM now has semi nightlies. The newest build is running flawlessly,much better then the 1.4. Might make this my daily driver

looks like you got ur info first ha i just got word of the nigtlies lol =p but yea there should be improvements now and then.;) Please do remember to put down the bugs you guys encounter;)

OP UPDATED:D! New extras and as of yesterday nightlies are starting:)
 
Very happy with this ROM. I thought the 1.4 version took a step back but I have to give kudos to the carbon team. This ROM has all the features I want. The call volume quality is improved and blue tooth streaming is great. Will report any bugs I find
 
Has anyone found how to get some "extra" volume during phone calls?

Just incase no one know where it is: Settings>Advance>Sound>then check Extra gain in phone calls.

It says it boost volume of earpiece during voice calls.
 
Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have issues with battery life and aosp ROMs. When i flashed custom ROMs b4 I had the same problem and I was wondering if you gius could shed some light on the problem. I have no apps that would cause this and the first few days of putting this ROm on here it was fine.....I'm actually under clocked too!
 
Same here. You're going to have to do it manually in settings. Go to language and input and use the swift keys setting in there
