Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] ROM Question

Ok i have flashed other phone before, Esteem, Connect. I have my S3 rooted.
What i am looking for is honest opinions of ROM's. I am looking for a smooth running ROM that is fully functional. I have read so far where some ROM's have problems with the camera, or 4g, or WIFI.

Is there a ROM out there that is fully 100% functional?
 
or cm10.1, and im sure the ones made by nick are running smoothly too. we have more options than just mine and ldrifta's roms :D
 
I had problems with my camera until I flashed the BB9 ROM and the 4.2.2 gapps. Now everything works just like it should and I love the ROM.
 
Thank You all for your support and opinions. I rather have a very smooth running ROM than to have the latest 4.3 with a bunch of bugs. I did notice CarbonRom is updated to 4.3 and people say its running fine. May try that.

Shabby you have always made awesome ROM's even back when i had my Ascend. Rom#2 is a really fine looking ROM as well, so i give all you DEV's props..You do some awesome work!

i think you may have me confused, the first metropcs device i got involved with was the indulge, and that was to help with recovery/root. the admire, attain, admire 4g, and a few others i stopped in for a bit. the metropcs sgs3 is my first and last device on metropcs that i really dev for :)
 
Ok so I noticed a lot of the ROM's do not have links to the GAPPS..Are they already included on the ROM Package, or something i need to hunt down seperately?

Think i am going to try the Metropolis Rom first..then maybe try Carbon later.
 
if its based on touchwiz then no gapps needed, if its aosp then gapps are needed :)

sometimes they are linked due to rom having special ones, sometimes its just use the latest generic ones.
