Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] root gs3 4.1.2

i just got my sg3 and it is updated to jb 4.1.2 can someone please point me to a method to root it i have tried some already but didnt work for me thanks
 
now go to play market and download goo manager then hit the menu button on lower left corner and select install recovery and install twrp or u can try our new recovery deved by our own in house dev shabbypenguin. really cool!!

Last question (for now) is there a 4.2.2 rom build by shabypenguin if there is one can somebody post a link for me i have searched for it but its a little confusing since im new in this forum
 
no not yet but there are other roms from else where if u wanna take a risk and use them. alot of people are losing 4g due to flashing such roms that have no official support for our variant some get lucky and have everything working.

Naah thats ok ill stick with bb7 it feaking rocks any customs kernels for 4.2.1
 
lol yea i think the faux kernel worked great with that rom and i did a benchmark test on the nexus 7 subforum and smoked every other kernel that was out there.
 
Ive been trying to install twr recovery via goomanager but i just get invalid md5 sum i got it to work the first time when back to cwm to restore backup but now im getting that all the time

It's a finicky app. Do it over WiFi and you shouldn't have any issues.
