Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] safest way to root my new gs3

Ok i kind of want to root my new gs3 and like everybody else i would not like to mess it up in the process so can someone please give me the safest way to root and will this method of rooting my phone have a high sucess rate? ive saw some people saying that it did not work for them... This is not my first time rooting a phone and i know how todo it its just i want to know if the root methods are solid and working before i make my new 545dollar phone a paper weight.
